We guarantee a high level of information security and implement structural quality improvements

We are officially ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certificated. ISO is an abbreviation of International Organization for Standardization. With these two certificates we prove to guarantee a high level of security information and structural quality improvement implementation.

ISO 27001:2013

With the ISO 27001:2013 certificate on our Information Security Management System (ISMS) we guarantee a high level of security for the data of our customers and their end-customers. With this certificate we prove that our procedures comply to the highest international security standards. Information security guidelines are applied to all our processes, systems and services. As a result of the certification our security measures have been tightened and are continuously improved. This includes the access policy and user rights of (for instance) our web tool Operator Online. Certification institution DNV GL has conducted the certification process. Following this successful certification, we now belong to a selected number of telecommunication providers that has officially certified its entire organization on this standard.

ISO 9001:2015

With the ISO 9001:2015 certificate on our Quality Management System (QMS) we prove that we set up a quality management system that ensures a consistent service that complies to all laws and regulations and the needs of our customers. ISO 9001 provides the standards for the quality management system, aiming to meet the needs of our customers and to improve customer satisfaction. Certification institution DNV GL keeps a sharp eye on our implementation of the standards and this provides us with valuable insights on quality levels and a uniform way of working in all our departments.
