Take-over of call and contract costs
Depending on your present contract, we may be able to take over your call costs and possibly your contract costs. We are always able to take over call costs. We can take over your contract costs if you have cancelled your contract with KPN or other WLR and CPS providers and if the notice period has ended. Apart from a lower telephone bill, you will not even notice this switch-over. This is because it is merely an administrative take-over. Apart from a problem-free switch-over, this can also lead to great savings.
Voice Select is activated in the local district exchange. This means that no equipment needs to be installed at your telephone exchange. You don’t even need to reprogramme your exchange. Because your incoming telephone traffic will still use the KPN network, you will not notice the change. Of course you will keep all your current numbers and facilities. We have completely automated the switching process. If you wish, we can keep you up-to-date on the status of your switch-over by e-mail.
Suitable for all types of phone lines and telephone switchboards
When you want to switch, it doesn’t matter whether you use an analogue line of an ISDN connection. Nor does it matter where in the Netherlands your company is based. Do you have several offices or do you use different types of telephone switchboards? That does not affect a switch-over to Voice Select. On the contrary. It makes it even more desirable.

Your bill is not the only thing that is clear. You will now have a single point of contact for all your telephone-related questions. Every working day from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, our committed and professional colleagues of the department of Support are ready to answer all your questions. We do not use automated option menus, you will be able to speak to someone straight away.
Analyse your calling costs
With your switch-over to Voice Select, you will be given access to a smart management tool, which will allow you to analyse your call costs. This will show you the call costs of your company in great detail.
One clear bill
Every month you will receive one bill, which specifies both your call costs and your contract costs, in detail. Who knows, maybe the specification of your phone lines will even make you aware of an overcapacity. You wouldn’t be the first to remove unused lines thanks to this overview. And this just adds to your savings. That’s a nice added bonus.
